Statistics 4B

The notes on Linear Regression are now complete. After you have finished reading through them, you can do an examination-type question which I have put on Google Classroom. Here are the instructions for joining the Statistics4B class on Google Classroom: If you are using a laptop or desktop computer, 1. open your web browser and go to google.com 2. click or tap on Google Apps near the top right of the screen 3. scroll down the list of apps to Classroom and then click or tap on it 4. In Google Classroom, click or tap on the + symbol near the top right of the screen 5. Click or tap on Join a class from the drop down list 6. Type in the following code thpntcj then click or tap on Join 7. Now follow on-screen instructions. If you are using a mobile device such as a phone or tablet: 1. Go to the app store and search for Google Classroom. 2. Install and open the app and follow instructions to join a class 3. Enter the code thpntcj when prompted to do so. 4. Now follow on-screen instructions....

I have made some further updates to the notes on Linear Regression.

I am posting some notes on the topic of Linear Regression today. As usual, this is partly revision and partly new material. It should be ready by this evening (Thursday April 30th 2020), but you might be able to see some of the notes before then, because I will be putting them in instalments during the day.
